Potato Starch, Water & Oil.
Packaging also states: No known allergens, gluten and dairy free. Kosher, K in Heart Kosher mark.
They are FDA Approved.
They will come in a heat sealed bag for freshness and can last up to a year if stored in a cool, dark, dry place. (Do not refrigerate or freeze)
HOW TO USE:
Edible Wafer paper has no backing. Just open package, cut out and apply. You can simply set on a freshly frosted surface or place on royal icing. You can place on royal icing wet, or let royal icing set then apply with some corn syrup. Or you can take them to you local bakery and they can do it for you! ( please note not all bakeries except them so check first)
You can also use on Royal Icing, Whipped Icing, Butter Crème, Chocolate, Fondant, Gum paste etc. Edible Images can be used on all sorts of desserts including Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies, The possibilities are endless!
